We’re delighted to partner with our friends at the non-profit Waterford Foundation once again. This beer commemorates the 81st annual Waterford Fair, an incredible celebration of American arts and history. For the second year in a row, we made a special beer for the Fair and our village of Waterford, Virginia.

This bright IPA is made exclusively with grain from Virginia farms and U.S. hops for a modern take on a classic. Its truly local grist offers the perfect base for a flavor that’s both balanced and brimming with aromas of citrus, berries, and tropical fruit.

Available in cans here at Wheatland Spring starting Thursday 8/14 and we’ll be pouring it on draft at the Waterford Fair October 3-5. Follow the QR code on the can to purchase your tickets to the fair! We’ll see you there!

Day of a new Dawn.

Dawn is a modern take on the classic West Coast IPA. New wave, old school. It’s bright and full of flavor.

The expressive grist of 100% Virginia malt lays a foundation for firm hop bitterness, to the delight of balance-seekers who skew west in their IPAs. This cereal construction is punctuated with double-dry-hop-pops of bright grapefruit, restrained pine, and a hint of boysenberry.
