We grew 100% of the grain in this beer in the field next to our brewhouse. 

The barley fields next to our brewhouse have a long history. Since the farm was established in 1832, these fields have been home to grazing cattle, a Paddock run hard by horses, and now growing malting barley naturally. The land has been shaped by intent, not trend — creating an agricultural rhythm that we’ve all now joined. 

We can’t help but think about our role in the living history of this soil. It’s a big reason we practice regenerative agriculture to grow grain for your beer — so our community can continue to thrive for the next generation of land stewards.  

Paddock is a pale lager that’s made with grain we naturally grow in a single field you can see from the brew deck. The textured grist of custom malted Estate grain is built to support a generous hopping for a full flavored offering. The aroma and taste take us to summer in the barley field with flickers of sunlit citrus on pale biscuit. Each elevating the other through balance.
