Estate Lager Conditioned with Wild Yeast Native to our Farm, 5.3%

We grew 100% of the grain in this beer in the fields next to our brewhouse.

Our Estate offerings are a marriage of intention and exploration. For its part, Wildflower aims to embellish simplicity.

We grew a new type of barley with regenerative farming practices. Mashed with water from our natural source. Brewed with renewable energy.

Took our time with a lager ferment and began bottle conditioning Wildflower in February 2025 using wild yeast that's native to our farm.

All of this supports our purpose of aligning production with perpetuity for our community.
